With financial support from the RCPAR, the State Chancellery of the Republic of Latvia, in co-operation with partners in the Ukraine, Estonia and Romania, organised the 5th Annual Public Management Summer Institute in Latvia. More than 40 participants from 15 countries participated in the event, which was characterised as highly relevant and useful by a majority of the participants.

The 6th Annual Publi Management Summer Institute in Latvia 's provisional dates to be confirmed are 21-25 June 2010.
