Set up under the central UNDP online collaborative work platform, the project operates two workspaces. Their purpose is to provide a virtual meeting place for members of the Advisory Board and the Network of National Coordinators and Focal Points respectively. By enabling members to launch or participate in online discussions, and use a variety of tools to share experiences and documents, the aim is to produce a large base of documentation and knowledge, accessible on demand.

The Advisory Board workspace was launched in January 2009 and is open only to members of the Advisory Board.

The workspace for the Network of National Coordinators and Focal Points was launched in June 2009 and is open to members of the Network of National Coordinators and Focal Points.

A User Guide has been developed for users of RCPAR workspaces.
