The RCPAR and the Hellenic Branch of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (HIAS) are organising their Biennial International Forum in Thessaloniki, Greece on 23 and 24 April 2010. The topic of the Forum is "New perceptions on regulation: the State’s regulatory role vis-à-vis the economy and society – regional experiences and lessons learnt".

Participation is limited to 35 participants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, The FY Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Nations Administered Territory of Kosovo, and Greece. Ideally, participants should be engaged in research or applications in the fields of regulation and regulatory reform.
