The first two days will be devoted to classroom training whereas the third day will include study visits to relevant institutions in the Kyrgyz administration. The head of the CAF Resource Centre and a national seconded expert at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), Patrick Staes along with Nick Thijs, Lecturer at EIPA will deliver the training. The target audience is quality- and change managers involved in introducing quality management techniques in the public sector.
