The RCPAR aims at forming partnerships and working closely with other relevant international and regional organisations and programmes throughout the region, in order to exchange experiences and knowledge that will enhance the process of public administration reform. Through regular communication and coordination, and participation in relevant events, the RCPAR aims to keep track of the efforts of other key organisations operating in the region, to prevent duplication of work and ensure that the project operates in a complimentary way to ongoing programmes and projects in the region.

In some cases, RCPAR has organised joint events with other organisations, leading examples being the partnership with the European Institute for Public Asministration (EIPA), as well as the Hellenic Institute of Administrative Sciences (HIAS).RCPAR has also provided sponsorships to conferences arranged by other organisations, such as the Trans-European Dialogue (TED), organised by the Network of Institutions and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) and the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA).
