This is the gateway to the Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States Public Administration Reform Roster of Experts.

The Roster follows the UNDP vetting method. Interested candidates must be recommended by someone else in the UNDP/RCPAR regional network in order to be accepted as roster members. The intention is to progressively develop a reliable, up-to-date, consolidated online roster of PAR experts and consultants, with strong representation from the region.

Membership in the roster does not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment; however, short-listed roster members may be invited to participate as experts/consultants in the implementation of RCPAR project activities.
