The project is directed by a Steering Committee, chaired by the Democratic Governance Team Leader of UNDP/BRC and comprising one or more appointed representatives of the Hellenic Government and a representative of beneficiary countries/institutions.

The RCPAR management consists of the PAR Policy Specialist of UNDP/BRC, who fills the Project Assurance role, and the Team Leader in Athens, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre.

An Advisory Board has been created to provide strategic recommendations and substantive support and guidance to the RCPAR management.

Activities are conducted in coordination and collaboration with the Network of Focal Points representing relevant government departments, non-governmental organisations, academic institutions and think tanks.
