The overall objective for this project is to assist the authorities of participating countries in the implementation of a core Human Resources Management (HRM) reform area: training of civil servants. The main goal of the project, which will be implemented for the state institutions in charge of training of civil servants in their respective countries, is to develop an integrated e-Learning management strategy and action plan, which will include development of common e-Learning curricula.
